Your Story

We all have a story. Chapters in our lives that may have brought significant amounts of drama and conflict into our lives. Struggle, unfortunately, is part of the life experience, but it doesn't always have to be. Your past does not have to determine your future.

Cell Memory

The cells in your body do not know the difference between the conflict you experienced ten years ago and the triggers and memories your body holds onto now.
The same goes for memories or experiences that are fueled by joy.
To quote Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, "Your body keeps the score."

What is needed

Healing requires a Deep Dive into your past to find the patterns you are still holding on to. This program, along with my expertise, is here to shake things up and let things go so that you can heal those deeper wounds.

If you want to manifest a greater life, you've got to be brave and do the work; remove whatever still blocks your growth. Responsibility for your own story by looking into the emotional storage contained within you is the key to unlocking emotional abundance.

My approach

My experience as a Psychic Medium helps me identify key points in a client's life that may have created the roadblocks you are experiencing in your current timeline. My goal is to get you to the place where you can reach your own desires and dreams, no matter how big or small.

The Deep Dive


The Deep Dive program is a 10 and 12-week Life Coaching Course designed to guide you into SELF-DEVELOPMENT. A program that will teach you how to come unstuck and onto a path of greater belief in yourself and EMPOWERMENT. Once we reach the stage of empowerment, we can truly begin to manifest the life that we have always dreamed of. This coaching program delves deeply into the self and is guided by my abilities as a Psychic and Spiritual Advisor.  This program has been completely created by Spirit, and from my personal experiences that led me to find my own position of empowerment.

The Deep Dive Program will take you to the core of your very being to help find what triggers still lie within you. We often forget that our past triggers affect the choices we make going forward. How we respond to experiences, both positive and negative, is often dictated by our past and the habits we have since created. It is up to us individually to take responsibility for how we choose to live our lives, no matter the adversities we may have experienced in the past. Now is the time to DIVE DEEP INTO HEALING & delve into what YOU ARE REALLY CAPABLE OF.
